Dashboard
Read the Maps Dashboard, where every listing in a project has one card with its score, reviews, directories, keywords and posts.
The Dashboard is the first page in Maps and the only one about every listing in the project at once. Each listing has a card with its GBP score and six figures, and a button for the next thing it is missing. It is also where you add listings and where setup runs.
#Before you begin
Pick a project from the menu at the top of the Maps sidebar. With no listings yet, the Dashboard shows the search under Find your business on Google instead of cards. See Add a listing.
#The top of the page
- Title: the project's name, with the project's website underneath as a link if the project has one.
- Refresh: loads the latest figures.
- Credits badge: the credits left this month, added up across the project's listings. With more than one listing, hover it to see each listing's own balance. See Credits.
- Add new location: opens the search to add another listing. Owners and Editors only.
#A listing's card
#Name and address
The card shows the listing's name and the part of its address that tells branches apart: the street and city. The name is the one set in Name in DigitPeak, or Google's name if none is set. The full address is on the listing's own pages.
#GBP score
The ring in the corner is the score from the listing's last GBP Optimization report, out of 100.
- 90 and over is green, 50 to 89 is amber, under 50 is red.
- Underneath is when that report was made, for example "3 days ago".
- Not run yet and no report mean the listing has no report.
The score changes only when the report runs again, by hand or on its schedule.
#The six figures
Hover a figure's label for its definition.
| Figure | What it shows | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Crucial | Checks failing on the GBP report right now. | The last GBP Optimization report. No report if there is none. |
| Improvements | Checks that pass only in part. | The last GBP Optimization report. No report if there is none. |
| Reviews | The number of reviews on the listing and their average star rating. | Google's own figures. None if Google gives no count. |
| Directories | Directories the business is recorded on, out of the directories Listing Management lists. The Google listing counts as one. | Listing Management. |
| Keywords | Keywords the Map Rank Tracker is watching for this listing. | The listing's Map Rank Tracker campaign. None if it has none. |
| Posts written | Posts the Orion AI Agent has drafted for this listing and not discarded. | The agent's page. |
A figure with nothing behind it yet is shown faded.
For the reviews themselves, the replies and the reply drafts, open Review Management.
#Buttons
- Open listing: opens the listing's own dashboard (below). Clicking anywhere else on the card does the same.
- A second button appears for the first thing the listing is missing, in this order:
- Run the audit when it has no GBP report. Opens GBP Optimization.
- Track keywords when its Map Rank Tracker campaign has no keywords. Opens Map Rank Tracker.
- Add directories when no directory is recorded yet. Opens Listing Management.
- The gear opens a menu with Settings (Owners and Editors) and Share (the Owner).
When a listing has a report, keywords and at least one directory, only Open listing shows.
#A listing's dashboard
Open listing shows one listing at a glance. Opening it spends no credits. Each card has a button to the page it comes from.
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Audit score trend | Every GBP audit score as a line on a scale of 0 to 100, with the dates underneath. Above it, the latest score out of 100, coloured by how good it is, and when the next audit runs, such as "Next audit in 4 days (7 October 2026)". Without a schedule, the date of the latest audit shows instead. With a single audit, the score shows on a gauge, as on GBP Optimization. View audit opens GBP Optimization. |
| Statistics | From the latest map scan, across all keywords: Visibility, Average position and Share of Voice, each with its change since the scan before. New reviews: reviews posted on Google this month. |
| Keywords | Each tracked keyword with its Avg. Rank from its latest scan. Manage opens the keyword list. |
| Performance | Views, Calls, Directions and Website clicks for the last 28 days, each with its change on the same row. On a listing connected to Google. View details opens the Performance tab. |
| Tasks | The listing's tasks in New on GBP Tasks, with how many of this round's tasks are done. Click a task to open GBP Tasks. |
| Reviews | The three newest reviews. |
| Competitors | The five businesses placed best on your latest scan, by Avg. Rank. |
| Listings | Where the business is listed, from Listing Management. Click a band to open Listing Management filtered to it. |
Click Dashboard at the top to go back to the list.
#Listing settings
Click the gear on a card, then Settings. The Listing settings dialog holds:
- Name in DigitPeak: how the listing is named in DigitPeak. The name on Google stays as it is.
- Keywords: the keywords the GBP Optimization report grades the profile against.
- People: Manage people opens who can see and work on the listing. Owner only.
- Setup: Run setup again opens the setup wizard. Owners and Editors.
- Delete: Delete listing removes it and its history from DigitPeak. The Google listing is untouched. Owner only.
Click Save to keep a new name or keyword list. Manage people, Run setup again and Delete listing act straight away.
#Setup and adding happen here
When you add a listing from any page, Maps switches to the Dashboard. It shows Adding the business, then opens the setup wizard in place of the cards. The cards come back when setup closes. Apart from adding a listing, nothing on the Dashboard uses credits.
