Post Drafts

See every waiting Google post the Orion AI Agent has drafted, across all your listings and projects, and copy each one onto Google.

Post Drafts shows every post the Orion AI Agent has drafted and nobody has used yet, from every listing in every project you can open. Use it to work through a week's posts for many listings on one screen. Nothing on this page costs credits.

#Before you begin

  • A draft only appears here once the agent has written it. Set up the agent's keywords and schedule first, or click Write one now on the agent page. See Orion AI Agent.
  • To copy a draft or mark it as posted, you need the Owner or Editor role on its project. A Viewer sees the drafts but no buttons. See People and roles.

#What the page shows

Open Post Drafts in the menu, under Automation.

The line at the top says how many drafts are waiting and across how many listings, for example 12 waiting · 3 listings.

Below it is one card per listing that has drafts waiting. The card title is the listing's name and its number of drafts. When your drafts come from more than one project, each card also names its project.

Each row shows:

  • The post's subject: the service, keyword, fact or customer phrase it was written about.
  • The first line of the post.
  • The day and time it is set for.

Only drafts that are still waiting appear here. Drafts already used or discarded do not. A listing with nothing waiting has no card.

If nothing is waiting anywhere, the page says No drafts waiting. Posts the AI Agent writes appear here.

#Post a draft on Google

  1. Open Post Drafts.
  2. Click a row. The post opens with the listing name, project and time above the text.
  3. Click Copy text. The text is copied and the draft is marked as posted.
  4. Open the listing on Google Business Profile, start a new post, and paste the text.

The draft leaves the list once it is marked as posted. If you copy a draft and then decide not to use it, it is still counted as posted. A posted draft also appears on the Blog of the listing's website, if you have published one. See Website Builder.

If your browser blocks copying, the page says so. Select the text in the box and copy it by hand, then use Mark as posted.

#Mark a draft as posted without copying

Use Mark as posted for a draft that went out some other way, for example one you typed into Google yourself.

  1. Click the row.
  2. Click Mark as posted.

The dialog closes and the draft leaves the list.

#Edit or discard a draft

To change a draft or throw it away:

  1. Open Orion AI Agent and click the listing.
  2. In Drafted posts, click the draft.
  3. Edit the text and click Save changes, or click Discard.

Edits are saved on the draft, so they also show here. A discarded draft leaves this page.

#How many drafts can wait

LimitValueWhat happens
Drafts waiting on one listing14The schedule stops writing for that listing. Write one now is refused.
Posts written for one week7No more are written for that week. The allowance starts again on Monday.

When a listing reaches 14 waiting drafts, post or discard some, and the schedule carries on at its next due time.

The weekly count includes drafts for that week that were later used or discarded. Discarding a draft does not give that week's allowance back.
